After graduation, Mark worked in a large corporate firm before lecturing in Business Law at AUT and completing a Masters Degree.

Mark acts for clients in straightforward and complex transactions. Mark's work in the Courts places him in an ideal position to identify possible areas of dispute so these can be dealt with before they become expensive and time consuming litigation. However if matters do become litigious, Mark is not only a fearless advocate but can draw on his experience as a Mediator and try to resolve issues in timely and cost effective way.
